Stevo

Stevo is a former Sonance Sessions resident DJ and host of Soulful House with Stevo, bringing together the uplifting sounds of Soulful House, Funky House and Disco-inspired grooves. His passion for electronic music began in the early 1990s in South London, learning the craft on a pair of second-hand turntables, a basic mixer and a growing collection of vinyl records.
Inspired by the UK's thriving club culture, Stevo spent countless nights immersed in the dancefloors of iconic venues and events including Ministry of Sound, Club UK, Lazerdrome, World Dance, United Nation and Club Elevation. A memorable six-hour set from the legendary Frankie Knuckles at Ministry of Sound left a lasting impression and helped shape his musical direction, deepening his love for House music and the art of DJing.
Today, Stevo continues to share that passion through expertly crafted mixes that blend soulful vocals, funky rhythms, uplifting house grooves and timeless club classics. Whether performing in London, Marbella or broadcasting on Sonance Sessions, his goal remains the same: creating positive energy, memorable moments and a soundtrack that brings people together on the dancefloor.
