SMITH

SMITH, the artist project of Felipe Gabriel Smith, is a Brazilian DJ and music producer from São José dos Pinhais, Paraná. His connection with electronic music began at the age of 14, when he acquired his first DJ controller and started developing a passion for DJing and the art of creating a dancefloor experience.

After an early period behind the decks, Felipe took a break from performing before returning to music professionally in 2025. He joined AIMEC Curitiba, where he developed his technical and artistic skills and completed his training as a DJ and producer.

Now 23, SMITH brings a versatile approach to his sets, moving through the deeper and more melodic side of electronic music. His sound is centred around Progressive House, combining grooves, melodies and evolving energy to create immersive musical journeys.

His Sonance Sessions mix reflects this approach, bringing together progressive rhythms, atmospheric textures and melodic elements while allowing the energy of the set to develop naturally. With a genuine passion for electronic music and a growing musical identity, SMITH represents a new generation of Brazilian artists building their own path within the electronic music scene.
