Maite Dedecker

Maite Dedecker is a Belgian Techno DJ from Bree, Belgium, bringing a powerful and energetic approach to the electronic music scene. Influenced by her father, who was also a DJ, Maite developed an early connection with music before finding her own creative expression behind the decks.

Her sound centres on peak-time Techno and groovy, driving rhythms, enriched by acid influences, psytrance elements and retro-inspired sounds. Inspired by artists including Indira Paganotto, Patrick Mason and Joyhauser, Maite brings together intensity, energy and distinctive musical details, with Eastern vocals adding another dimension to her sets.

Before pursuing DJing, Maite trained at the Royal Ballet School Antwerp and Brussels International Ballet School. An injury led her to take a different path, discovering in electronic music another way to express emotion, connect with people and bring them together through sound.

Her performances have included appearances at Versuz in Belgium, Limitzz in the Netherlands, Zuera Sound in Spain and Tomorrowland. Looking ahead, Maite aims to develop her own event concept and establish a record label that supports emerging artists, helping new talent find opportunities within the electronic music industry.

With her combination of driving Techno, diverse influences and a clear ambition to support the next generation, Maite Dedecker is developing her own identity as an artist within the international electronic music scene.
